Another dream...
...is coming true for me. About a month ago, I felt sudden urge to start teaching BODYFLOW again. In this period I have been doing it only for me. I noticed as I was doing FLOW, how much I missed seeing people's faces while I tell them to 'challenge themselves' 'sync down further', 'push yourself'. I had an urge. Then I received an email from Les Mills, the company that I work with for BODYFLOW. It said that the creator of BODYFLOW will be making her debut in Italy in June. Unfortunately, I won't be going to meet her. But it gave me a thought. I need to seriously start looking for a serious gym who will seriously pay me well and I will be satisfied. So I remembered I had a contact from Les Mills right here in Florence. I contacted him and this past Monday, I went to meet him at the gym near my house.
Right as I walked in, I felt a grand sensation. He was waiting right at the door for me as well. I was immediately introduced to the person responsible for group fitness classes. I was soooo nervous but it all felt just right. I took a tour of the gym and I was amazed how every where I turned, I had deja vu. I felt I had entered this gym before.
I am going to start working with the trainer in learning the correct coaching words to use during the class. He offered me to go and try his class in Calenzano (a city outside Florence). I really can't wait to start teaching FLOW again, I think I will be much more relaxed and I will find satisfaction in seeing each person push themselves to their limit.
Yay for pushing, challenging and never giving up on your dreams!!!

Good luck with your classes. So happy to hear that the Italians are finally getting on the fitness bandwagon. Was seriously worried about not being able to find a decent gym (or instructors) here. Thanks for giving me hope =)
