A New Transition
These days I have been focusing a lot on myself and how this transition is effecting me. I have finished with my boys(the carabinieri) and am on to bigger and better things. I received great news 2 weeks ago. I have found a job in Florence. Finally. Another dream has come true! I am working at the London School. I was welcomed whole-heartedly by my director. It is seriously a dream come true. I am in Florence and I ride my bike to work. Job in Florence: CHECK!

Another great bit of news is that the Polizia arrived at my place on Saturday. It was the check point to see if I actually live here. Residenza: CHECK!
I've been extremely lucky how smoothly everything has gone. It is like I was always supposed to move to Florence in 2009. It was in my plan. The Universe always knew I was going to be here at this time. It was all about timing. I am oh-so grateful!
I can't wait to see what this summer brings to me. New beginnings. New people. New adventures. Above all else, New Challenges!
I love my Challenges!

a presto amici!

Wow how brilliant.. you certainly know where you are going or meant to be, and through sheer perserverance you are there!!
I have a challenge next week, not quite like yours... to get myself on a plane and fly to Canada for a week. Now that is a challenge, especially to me!

Congratulations doesn't say it as well as it should: "in bocca al lupo" is much better.
Wishing you everything you ever dreamed of and more in Firenze. It is truely a special place.
