This means "here everything's fine". I am doing just fine.

"A QUA TUTTO BENE" ... Of all the things I would have expected to see in graffiti, like curse words or declarations that this territory belongs to one person or another this was outside my expectations. Attack of the positive thinking self-help graffiti guru!
