Never giving up!

I have been reminding myself of the time before I used the Law of Attraction.  How positivity really makes my dreams come true.   All my thoughts have become things.  Like attracts like.  From my posts here and here, expressed how last January was the beginning.  The beginning of me finding my center and calmly moving towards my passions.  In one year, I have shifted my thinking to positivity.  Nothing seemed to stop me this whole year of 2008.  Moving 7 different times in Italy, being let go of jobs here and there, but in the end prevailing over it all.  And living by my favorite quote from the late Randy Pausch:

"Brick walls are there for a reason: they let us prove how badly we want things.
"

So true right? Can you all think back this year or any year and saw yourself knock down that brick wall?  I know I have.  How does that feel?

Now watch this:

Now doesn't this man inspire you?  Life is full of obstacles and we DO need to pick ourselves up when we fall.  Life has adventures and it has times of sorrow and defeat.  But those are the times we must keep pushing ourselves as we grow stronger in character and hope.  Nothing can stop us when we have a dream and a whole bag of "IT CAN BE DONE!"

News:

  1. Another great thing is that I published yet again on Venere.com/blog.  I was in a bit of a slump in writing pieces left and right.

Here is my newest addition to Venere Blog: Top 4 Italian Cheeses

       2.  The British Embassy in DC has emailed me too.  They have my application and are processing it!  Visualizing is working!!!

Never give up on your dreams and passions!  There is only one of you who can make that idea come to life!

a presto

Two comments about your Cheesy and good article.

    1. A one sentence description of what a Caprese salad is.

    2. At the end of the article is a short bio with your website. How is it possible that you could click on it and go directly there?

A Caprese salad is slices of mozzarella, basil leaves, and olive oil.  Delicious I say!  Great dish for summer.

I will ask Venere why that is about my bio.  I am not sure why.

      Thanks Davide for your comments!

How incredibly inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing this. I am working towards a more positive life. Life has been so difficult at times that I have just wanted to give up, what's the point. I am reminded time and time again that life is a gift, it is precious and we need to embrace it in all it's goodness. I am learning from the heartache, from the "brokenness" and I think it is slowly making me a stronger person! So, thank you not only for sharing the video but also sharing your personal triumphs as well! Stay positive!!
