NaBloPoMo: a blogging frenzy
I have wanted to do this since I found out about it. NaBloPoMo means National Blogging Posting Month. 30 days of non-stop blogging. I am going to really try and make it for the full...well...29 days now. I missed the 1st, obviously. This weekend was spent with my adorable niece Addy.

Addy was an Iowa State cheerleader, a costume my brother bought for her from his University.

She ran most of the way down our little street.

With her spider candy bag in tow, and having a smile permanently on her face.

She said trick or treat in her little 2 year old voice.

And sang itsy bitsy spider with a giant spider. Still smiling.

Then it was time to count the candy...I mean....sample the candy. Notice one sucker that is open and yet another one(unwrapped) heading towards her mouth. So adorable!
I also taught her some Calabrese Italian words that my Tesoro taught me. She now says:
Che bu? (sp)
Hai capi?
Grazie
Prego
Ciao Beppe(tesoro)
And through the wonders of Youtube, we watched Tigro e Pooh and La Casa di Topolino. I think she will be speaking Italian soon enough.
a presto Amici
