Another Job I now have!
After launching the 2nd Bodyflow class yesterday, I was asked by my new manager to help her out a bit. She is overwhelmed being thrust into the new position. So yes, I will be getting paid even more. I am so grateful!

I have found a bike chain (catena) for my bike (bici) and because I took my Tesoro's suitcase, I was lucky enough to find his lock. So yet again, saving my parents gas, I will be biking to the Health Club to teach BodyFlow. (Until it gets to cold of course)
Another thing I wanted to mention...
My Mom, Dad and I have started a tradition. Every evening after dinner, we state 3 good things that happened in our day. It has made my nights sleep very enjoyable. Having good thoughts to think about before closing your eyes, is a great feeling. Try it!

Sounds like a good tradition...I will try it...I already know of 3 positive things in my life! I will make it a nightly mantra! Congrats on the body flow. I took body pump once it was great for losing weight! Which I'm trying to do right now. Positive wishes..Lucy

Today I had coffee with a new friend, she has only lived in my village for 3 months, I have only lived here 3 years..she is from Chile, today we had such a laugh, I am able to help her with English and she (Carolina) is teaching me Spanish words.
