Ten things I learned about becoming a Bodyflow Instructor
I am happy to announce I passed my Bodyflow training this weekend. Here are some things I learned about myself and others while participating in this training.
1. Teaching and actually doing the moves is harder than it looks.
2. Smiling goes a long way.
3. I stopped worrying about my moves and focused on my participants.
4. I was able to open up and not be defensive around people of leadership.
5. I LOVE BODYFLOW!
6. I was meant to teach and coach.
7. Eye contact is a new pastime of mine.
8. Gratitude is my confidant.
9. Doing something you love is what everyone should focus on in their own lives.
10. What I know for sure is that I am on the right track. I know where I need to go, where I need be, what I need to persevere towards in my own life.
ISN'T THAT FABULOUS!!!!!!!
a presto amici!!
