BodyFLOW training

I start my BodyFLOW training on Friday and I am so excited.  Bodyflow (for those that don't know) is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi.


It has really changed my life, my health, and my body.   I started practicing Bodyflow in 2005 after coming back from my 4 stint to Florence.  I gained some extra poundage from eating lots and lots of pasta, I needed to find a way to enjoy working out again.  I remember the day I tried Bodyflow for the first time with my younger sister, Emily.  I was hooked. 

I lost enough weight to be comfortable in my own skin.  After practicing this fabulous work of art for 2 and half years, I have decided to train to teach it myself.  I enjoy it so much and the music has influenced my work in perfecting the craft.
